Cefnsuran farm is a 279 acre farm, 9 miles from the English/Welsh border between the City of Hereford and Shrewsbury, nr Knighton in Mid-Wales.

For those looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway, the quiet and during your stay you can explore the farm at your leisure and enjoy all that country life can offer. There are ancient woodlands, small streams, rolling hills and large ponds all on the doorstep of each accommodation. At the moment our well-equipped games room with a full-size Snooker Table, Table Tennis, Darts and a Foosball table is only available on request because of covid rules.

We are a working farm with sheep, cattle & horses. We encourage our guests to ask questions and even get involved in activities such as feeding the animals at certain times of the year.

Take a picnic to the top of one of our hills overlooking Cefnsuran valley below, where spectacular views for miles around await you. For the children there is a perfect little stream for dam building by Suran-y-coed lodge and numerous other streams around the farm.

Enjoy great walks: you can walk along the Glyndwr’s National trail which runs through the farm and links up with Offas Dyke national trail in the local town of Knighton. An orange explore map is highly recommended to help you in making the most of the numerous trails in the area.
